Pink Oyster

The Delta Pearl

The Pink Oyster, farmed with the Tabouriech method, takes its name from the shell colour; it is farmed using the suspension method, where the oysters are connected to ropes that allow to dose water and air with precision, alternating periods of immersion with periods of exposure to air and sun, simulating the tides' alternation. All this occurs in 36 months.
